Get ready to treat yourself at Sips & Sweets: A Holiday Wine & Dessert Pairing! This fun event is all about enjoying great wine, indulging in delicious desserts, and soaking up the festive vibes. We’ve paired a variety of wines with holiday-inspired sweets to create the perfect match, and you'll get to experience each one while learning a bit about why they work so well together.
Samuel Taylor, classical guitarist, will also play a host of seasonal classical guitar arrangements for this event! Taylor serves as instructor in classical guitar and music theory at Salem College, where he has helped to establish the Bachelor of Music program in Guitar Performance. His undergraduate and graduate musical studies were at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Mr. Taylor has performed all over the state and region, including at many of the beautiful vineyards in the Yadkin Valley.
